Frontier Optical Networks (which deals entirely with Metro-Fibre) is looking for a person with the following telecommunication skills:
  •  SDH/DWDM Network deployment and management
  •  IP Network deployment and management
  •  GPON Network deployment
In addition to those technical skills, the candidate should be a person who fits this profile:
  • Is a hands on person
  • Has supervisory skills
  • Has experience managing different clients
  • Has good communication skills
  • Not a typical 8-5 person ; willing to work with flexible hours
  • Candidates who have work experience with Telcos like KDN, Jamii Telecom, Telkom Kenya or Soliton-Telmec have a HUGE advantage.
