Looking for the following people with a portfolio of work (must be submitted with application, no need to apply if there isn’t a portfolio)

Criteria or desired attributes for all candidates:

- Strong desire for perfection

- Good eye for detail

- Mature and able to work minimum work hours plus at home if needed

- 3+ years of experience in field of expertise

- Must be able to take direction, ask questions and then accomplish task on time and on or before deadlines

- Must be able to work under pressure

- Must be well versed in internet standards in relation to field of expertise

- Someone looking for an opportunity to showcase their abilities

- Some who is able to think out of the box

- And most important, someone who can give it their all and is will to be part of a dynamic team

Qualifications:

- Developer

o PHP, MySQL, Ajax, jQuery, JS, HTML, etc.

o SMS, Short Code systems experience

o Strong understanding of databases and db development

o Joomla and other CMS systems knowledge or familiarity

- Web Designers

o Experience with web layouts, designs and HTML5/CSS3

o Strong interface development skills

o Ability to present ideas (mockups and PowerPoint presentations)

o Experience with Web and Mobile interfaces

o Wireframing, flowcharts, etc experience

- Mobile Application Developers

o Must be able to develop applications for Android

o Familiar with iOS

o Able to develop intricate mobile systems (apps and mobile browser based)

- Graphic Designers

o Must be fully conversant with IAB standards

o Strong graphical skills and eye

o Flash and Photoshop professional

o Ability to develop campaign content (print and web (all platforms))
