[Skunkworks] WHOIS kenic search PHP

Good morning, I am having an issue with the following line *"ke" => array("whois.kenic.or.ke <http://whois.kenic.or.ke>","Status: Not Registered"),* when I try to do a whois search for a .co.ke, all domains are taken. Would anyone be knowing the right code to do a domain search via php. Your assistance is highly appreciated.
