[Skunkworks] Quick Question

Hi, Scenario: Am seated at an office by Junction area,that withstanding,I can't browse,which is ok,but the weird thing is my torrents are hitting throttling speeds. Question; Any ideas on the root cause of this? Any remedies to such situations? Regards, Muendo Sent from my BlackBerry®
