And the issue is if you are a local developer, currently you can only submit but you cannot sell your apps on the Android Market -> https://market.android.com mainly because Google Checkout Merchant Services have not yet been rolled out in Kenya or anywhere in Africa.
As a result, local devs cannot take full advantage of the most popular mobile platform.... .....*an obstacle to a good revenue stream for many*!
