You guys must be from sales and marketing. Have you given it a thought really? Most likely the systems are down as safcom is reconfiguring it's billing. Remember people can now buy a 100 bob airtime card and above and get to call for 2 bob. So they have to adjust that so that the same can happen when you buy airtime using MPESA. Give the technical guys a chance. They'll get it working. So stop whining already. 2 cents.
