@AKi

Boss -- is there another Africa that I don't know about? -How many corrupt & brutal military leaders have we had in Africa? Mobutu? Kabila? Gadaffi? Idi Amin? Mugabe?

There's nothing to celebrate. We have produced leaders just as atrocious as Saddam

Saddam's story is more about chemical warfare use against the kurds
and his own population. In the Middle East they believe in military
leaders, civilians cannot do. Fortunately within Africa, there have
been no such crazy president's no matter how corrupt the regimes. Many
former President's across the globe have commited things, including
mass genocide. You need to research more. :-)
