Then you can safely eliminate the phone(s), you have tried it on both LAN and on GPRS. That points to your Exchange server. See the following links;
Same here, tried with Nokia E71/ E72 some times back, works sometimes doesn't work in some other times. I'd recommend blackberry any day if the issue is emails in real time.
