Hello Skunks.

I am configuring a remote access VPN on a cisco ASA 5510 that is connected via Access Kenya and the logs are giving this error.

Unable to establish Phase 1 SA with server "41.X.X.X" because of "DEL_REASON_PEER_NOT_RESPONDING"

I have confirmed that

the Groupname and passwords match.
No device in between prohibits the connection from my VPN clients and the VPN device.
Another VPN connection to another Safcom connected VPN headend is working fine
The ISAKMP policy is applied on the outside interface.

Any ideas of how to go about this?
