Karimi Ideally the best approach is to develop web portal based on specifications, since there is no standard software. Different insurances have different needs. Britam also building their Self Service portal Am working on similar project for an Insurance. The portal integrates to the database ( Oracle ) and presents information to clients based on what is defined and also reports based on what the client needs. Can assist..!
