Without prejudice, I think the number of subscribers QB is handling is becoming a big issue. These days I have to call someone twice - the first call is either a mteja or busy signal. The second call always 100% goes through. Maybe they are testing something to which I warn them - test that system while im asleep, not when everyone reads my sales data because you screwed, nktsue! With such issues how is the privacy of such Telco subscribers ensured. Should CCK have this as one of requirements to be met .
In my case the information was personal and private yet a stranger received it.
