What everyone seems to be forgetting is the cost! Common sense has it that if you want a smartphone with great battery life that can do your dishes and laundry, you should be prepared to pay for it. The phone costs 8,500 bob and ships with 1,000 KES of airtime that you can sell as soon as it's handed to you! It's a great deal. What are the alternatives in the same price range? For smart phones? *NONE*. Feature phones don't even ship with similar features... The phone may not be the best, or made with the sexiest hardware, but it gets more people using smartphones, which is good. If someone who was price sensitive experiences the device, he/she will save to buy a better device... in theory anyway... -- With Regards, Phares Kariuki | T: +254 734 810 802 | E: pkariuki@gmail.com | Twitter: kaboro | Skype: kariukiphares | B: http://www.kaboro.com/ |
