To those that are familiar with Kenya's legislation,

What would I need to abide to in case I was to start an internet based Radio or TV station?
For instance do I require some license from CCK?
Are there international laws that govern this sector?

Kindly inform me if you have ever been involved on such or have knowledge of the rounds involved.
