[Skunkworks] Additional Modules To Existing OpenBravo Suite Of Applications

Hi, I was looking at OpenBravo to see if it will address the needs of a Property Management Company. Modules related to ERP functionality are on point.That is , CRM, Financials, et al. The client will want to keep track of his Properties , Leases ,etc. This information is not captured with OpenBravo. Question is, is it possible to develop an additional module to handle this information ? That is,the module to integrate with the existing OpenBravo suite of applications ?
