You could be right on that. I don't think I read all responses.

I'm basically interested in setting up a server which people in Kenya only (not companies but ordinary people) can access. Since it's Kenya only I assumed bandwidth for the server would be cheaper. Is my assumption correct? Who do I contact to provide this solution?

@Wes, I'm abit confused about your posting then because the discussion was not about a lady nor local loop but hosting of that content via networks. As someone who was handling your query, she did not give you the correct info. If you notice, I brought in the KIXP portion which Mich elaborated more on. As a manager who was handling your query, all she had to do was talk to anyone in AK network ( and am sure there are plenty of talented gururs there )  give you a solution to what you were looking for. :-)
