I am looking to start a premium rate service (based on an sms short code) for providing content such as Bible Verses, Ringtones, Weather Information and the like. Anyone out there with an idea of what sort of database (and configuration) i would require to set up search a service. I am also looking to partner with a content provider so if anyone knows someone who does (or you do yourself) kindly get me the details ASAP, as soon as possibe. Costs estimates would also be appreciated
