Just read an interesting story on The Standard Online Edition, all 222 MPs will be getting internet connected laptops courtesy of Telkom. This made me think, what kind of content would an MP want to access while taking part in some discussion in parliament? Considering MPs have a humongous disposable income, they are a very attractive for someone with "pay-per-view" content.
This must be a good thing. Assuming they are computer literate.

They have PAs who can use those resources if they are computer literate.
Come to think of it - I don't even know my MPs phone number or e-mail address.
