To be honest since I started with them its the first time am Complaining .. but hey check maybe your account is due :-) .. and its nothing to do with Egypt I guess the TV part is local that should tell you the problem is local ... I have my reservations about paying for this month .. I feel cheated ...<br>

<p>Should I get worried since am on their corporate package connected on the &#39;old&#39; fiber network not the new one where they offer the TV and broadband on. So far for the last 8 months the service has been great no major interruption. I hope it stays that way. </p>
