i totally agree about Starcom. I thought it was the best computer shop in the city, I was so wrong. Initially their customer service was better but nowadays I don't know if they are under new management or what....I am no longer the faithful customer I used to be.
Then, I recently found out that the Toshiba laptop they sold to me was one of those second-hand ones that Toshiba warned about in the press, how disappointing. And when I bought it, they didn't give me the recovery CDs and etc that comes with buying a new laptop, and being a naive young girl, I walked away with a queasy feeling that I never acted upon, and now it's too late!
