An example is AK, who waited until the last minute to lay its own cable network. ( I think Nairobi only ). So KDN get the innovator and development congrats on this. Aki, would you know if the second KDN fiber is going to be in the same duct route, if so i do not see any protection from a physical fault/cable break. I would suggest the use a different physical path e.g. along the railway line, kplc overhead route.
