Hi everybody,

Anyone with a solution to this issue? Any help will be highly appreciated.

You could be having a problem with bandwidth, and as such you need to reduce/tune the resolution and bandwidth settings on your RDP client before you connect. I am assuming you are NOT on the same LAN.

Do you know about TeamViewer already? You may ask someone to run it on the remote end and give you access credentials. It's a good option to native microshit RDP.
