
One of their employees told me that they are upgrading it for bigger and better things. every time there are such delays, they pull this line on us. I think the delays come about when they try to implement changes on the main system, which bring unforeseen circumstances (and the occasional crash techies are familiar of) Its the high time they sough expertise form a company like google or facebook on how to roll out changes . this will shorten the recovery time from when the "Oh Sh*t " statement is uttered to resumption of normal coverage. Strange. I was able to deposit and also send money via M-Pesa within 5
minutes yesterday evening.
