The job market has become a very tricky place. In the presented scenario may an IT manager leave his current position earning 75zeros in an old reputable company to upgrade & earn 120zeros in a new establishment? I believe to save time on going through a 100 CVs of very qualified people, more indepth information of the position and company is required so that you may have a better target of job seekers or even get a HR consultant to do short listing.
