You can either download as a pdf document or an excel worksheet. It's basically a statement of all transactions sent to their biller code for a defined period.Most organisations have a tool that they use to upload the statement in excel format to whatever billing system they are using. They have an MPESA web portal from which they download the transactions periodically. For KPLC i suspect they download the payments once a day.
