Then if you do not have funds in your account and you do not use the account, they make the card inactive & during that period, no charges are levied on the card - activation again takes 1 click & under 2 hours. My motivation for having payoneer card was to maintain a dollar reserve somewhere, and most of the time, I load the card from my debit card & only once in a while when my family abroad need to send money to someone here do I accept payments on it. However, the initial period the process of accepting a credit card payment from someone is quite vigorous due to the verifications, otherwise, everything becomes smooth with time.
