I think this is good, It will certainly reduce corruption on the road. You can bribe one cop but if your fines are not paid to the government you will have to bribe the next one too. I pity whoever will be tasked to run around with A4 papers, wait make it A3 papers trying to get a certain white KB something toyota.
That said I don't think I'll try the system.
