There is some wireless provider around kinoo called Jubilee WiFi. Not sure who is their upstream provider but they set up a wifi hotspot and charge per day/week/month. Their speeds are terrible. you can't even browse leave alone opening gmail. Their customer care contact is 0720 382021. Once you get update us here. Regards, Mutheu.
