I think Gakuru is right. If PS Ndemo promised that prices would drop, he was doing that from a "know it" stand point. He knew how they would. The question is "when" should they be coming down? Did he also give an indication of when, or at what point? That way we can go back to him and ask why things are not happening. Gakuru is representing those consumers who are asking the same questions:-)
