Very true!!

I have been using this method since it was unveiled. When the paper bill arrives, I always note the M-Pesa transaction code that I got on the paper, just in case someone wants to blame me:-)

And now they say you can register to receive your bills electronically by sending Raccount_number#ID_number to register@kplc.co.ke. Why them people need ID Number, I don't know but I registered today and they sent me a confirmation, which had my correct account details. Let's see how it goes.
