Last one week ( including today's) observations - 2 ISPs First - Speeds have been fairly constant all week. Second - They seem to supply a "waveform" internet i.e. cyclic peaks and troughs. My guess is that when customer x is at peak at any given time, customer y is at rock bottom - and I mean 0 B/s one just stares at the screen for prolonged time then the darn thing comes back gushing but for a only short time. I thing this way they are able to sell 'peaks' and get away supplying their waveforms. Inhouse "bandwidth management" programs? perhaps... Hi all, Has anyone seen any slowdown today? I have three different ISP connections and I am seeing correlated slowdowns and speed ups for intl traffic. Anyone else or is this a fluke?
