I remember seeing a thread somewhere where the owner of the mentioned website/domain pointed it out to someone on this mail list as a reference/archive, in full view and admitted to waiting for backlash. None was handed. I strongly believe as long as your email is not published then there is no problem. Plus besides the owner has not taken personal credit for the content rather is further spreading the content to other people who might not be subscribed to this mail list.
