@Tusker, I am told, like everything else in Malindi, the Broglio Space Centre is sole property of the Italian Government/Whoever Controls It and Kenyans are not allowed anywhere near it. And the location is perfect, being so near the equator, it is usually cheaper and more efficient to launch space vehicles from there.
