Maybe Safcom aint to blame; if i wanted a pile of numbers i would write a script which generated 6 digit numbers starting from 111111 upto 999999 then onto these generated numbers prepend the known prefixes of safaricom, yu, orange etc Once these numbers are in place, its a simple matter to send bulk sms'es to them.
