Alvin, maybe that's the issue...as I get that prompt "Your call cannot be completed..." sometimes when i'm calling from zain to safaricom. Zain to Zain is perfect. Haven't tried Telkom though...to Yu its ok... @Ruth...I'll drink another fresh brew to that [?]
