[Skunkworks] Huawei e1750 error "only the specified sim/Usim card can be used in this device"

hi all, I have tried to unlock my modem and insted of bringing the prompt unlock window code,it gives me the below message error "only the specified sim/Usim card can be used in this device" . how do i go about it. e1750 brings me an error "only the specified sim/Usim card can be used in this device" -- "I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be honorable, to be compassionate.
