Hi i had the same issue.I assume the zain line hasn&#39;t been used before.It has to be active for 24 hrs before one can get the internet settings.<br><br>So weka the line in a phone for &gt;24 hrs then request for the internet setting to activate your line.Once it is enabled use it in a modem after inputting the APN.<br>

@Dennis Kioko <br>Thanks for the info, it makes sense now. I have a Zain line on my phone so it&#39;s not a problem of no network since my phone has network. I think it must be one of the other issues you mentioned.<br>I&#39;m going to try on Yu today and see if the same problem persists.<br>
