@Joseph your comment is misleading. I use a Windows Phone 7 -- Nokia Lumia 900. I can assure you that I use MPESA on it I gave instructions on how to access it and I repeat
Go to:
Settings > (then make sure you are on the "System" tab and not "Applications" tab) Sim Applications > Show Applications > M-PESA or Safaricom+

Hi Allan, WP7.5 does not support STK. You might want to carry a dumbphone for MPESA. Don't know if it has/will be fixed in WP8.
