It looks pretty straight forward wash. You refer someone, they pay 18k for first year , you get 3k. Zatiti makes customer happy they renew the coming year and on and on.
Depending on how they structure it you may or may not get paid for renewals. A clever model pays you just so you can help them track their clients. Like an insurance agent:-) it is also more scalable.
I have affixed a couple of businesses doing this sort of thing.
