It always comes down to "Who will tie the bell around the cat's neck" - like many other ideas in this list that have been suggested and never saw the light of day in the past. The other problem i foresee is that many would not be willing to send money to people they have not met. Thus the best thing would be for list to suggest IP (intellectual property) Lawyers that are sympathetic to the IT cause .. This way one would be *strongly* recommended to approach them before negotiating any deal, with promise to retain once a Skunk decides to engage any company.. BR/// SNN
