I had no problem @ KCB until sometime back when the ATM swallowed my cash, customer care was just a horrible story it took like 10days to have the cash re-credited to my account plus numerous visits to their offices.
Co-Op isnt a bad option => occasional failure of their ATMs especially end month Equity??? very weirdly located ATMs plus run out of cash every so often [enter the G4S story]
