Honestly, nobody dislikes IEBC but is it legal or rather ethical to safaricom to send subscribers this messages. Worst case is I had sent &#39;STOP&#39; message to their 28683 but today I receive the same stating same same message. secondly they also have this habit of sending subscrbers messages about XXX has uploaded a photo on facebook log o..... and when you try to unsubscribe  hhehhehehehh they want money WT......FFFF I didn&#39;t subscribe why charge me. Or is it only me it is happening to.<br clear="all">
