My two cents.
A while back diploma students were preferred over degree holders, first forward to 2007 degrees were preferred over diplomas.
My take is while diplomas are good as far the techie stuff is concerned, companies on the other hand should be open minded with regard to absorption of employees, lest i figure there's a conspiracy theory [read mischief].....diploma holders are better than degree holders where delivery is concerned therefore the degree holder seating at the right place [HR] decides its pay back time...... no more techies here
