Simply because you have decided on a particular solution and those providing that solution do not live up to expectation does not mean that there are no good service providers. I personally have a Satellite link at home and it works like a charm, and in my employ, there doesn't exist such issues as have been presented here - so if you think Satellite is pathetic, then you have to live and content with what the other providers give you - don't wake up and say there aren't any good providers, coz mine sure is - delivers what they sell and is exceptional at customer service.
