You'll need 1k upfront plus a copy of your ID, it'll also cost you 100 per month which you cannot pay upfront. The card will take 7 days to be "made" after which you can deposit cash in there and you are good to go.

If you use the kencom branch of KCB, the desk you are looking for is the the fourth one along the wall, with the customer care manager's desk being the first one.

The terms and conditions are many, written in really fine print, kinda like they were written not to be read.
