[Skunkworks] Part time Work

Hi, A buddy of mine is looking for part time work , he is a web developer by profession mainly uses php, mysql and java so he is looking some thing to be doing after 4pm till 8pm ,even volunteer work on this field would be great and teaching ...please note it should be on part time basis cause he has a full time job else where , incase of any thing please let offlist or onlist thanks all -- God cares!
