My case is different don't even know my no. A customer care guy called me and am chilling for him to sort me. He also told me they are soon launching a web portal for tablet users. Don't you find it ridiculous that you need to call customer care to perform basic operations on your line? Isn't anyone feeling guilty at orange HQs ? They have some interface on some IP address that I don't remember off head, but starts with 212. Meanwhile, just call customer care and ask them to buy the bundle you would like to purchase
