Looking for a Property management system with at least the following features. 1. Leases - automatically notify when due, and escalate rent automatically when due. 2. Tenants Billing - This should be a routine exercise to be performed monthly/quarterly, and the debits/credits posted to the accounts system automatically. 3. Property vacancies and its percentages at a glance. 4. Landlord reports - Total income per property, total expenses and net income to the landlord. 5. Total expenses per property - This will guide to know when building expenses are going up. 6. Utilities management(Phone,Electricity,Water bills)
