Afternoon guys,

There is no better place for me to ask this so allow me to go right ahead. No flaming please.
So yesterday the budget was read amidst excitment and anticipation among MPs and the public at large.
Of particular interest to me was the zero-rating on the prices of Mobile phones. What does this mean to the consumer? How long before we begin seeing the effects of this in the shops. Any insight would be helpful.
The other thing, today the fiber optic is being commissioned. How soon before we feel the effects both in speed, bandwith costs, adoption by the industry etc??? Is there a plan in place on the rollout of this?
