I had a colleague who had Internet Banking with them... two notable differences from SCB were evident. - Latency issues. SCB pages would almost always load fine while NIC pages would more often spoil for a fight (experienced both when accessing the pages locally & from out of Kenya)
- To transfer cash to 3rd parties, SCB requires you to create the recepient accounts in advance while NIC allows you to do this on the fly. Think about a one off transaction scenario.
PS : Both of these observations were made almost a year ago. Things may have changed.
