Problem with linux is one, too much choice. I guess we are at KE 1992 when suddenly the prospect of freedom made everyone believe they can roll out their own political distro. I hope at some point in future to see mergers and coalitions, for starters, i still want to have a decent ability to choose between Gnome , KDE, and Unity without having to RTFM everywhere.... anyone noticed Mint overtook Ubuntu on distrowatch after Unity-> Mac wannabe?
